1. All items sold are brand new.

2. All sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. All items are first come first served basis. Reservation are only for maximum of 3 days.

5. All prices stated are non-negotiable.

6. Advanced payment is required for restocking items to prevent back out buyers. Full refund will be given if items cannot be restocked.

8. Strictly no copying of pictures from this blog. Do ask from us if you wish to have it.

9. Payment method will be either Cash Deposit OR Maybank2U. The account number will be given through email.

10. After the confirmation order email is sent, please make the payment within 48hours, otherwise your order will be cancel automatically. (Please inform us earlier if there will be any late payment)

11. We will not be responsible to any lost/damaged shipment as we ensure utmost care is taken in packing and getting your items shipped.

12. Buyers are to bear with all shipment cost stated below.

13. COD service is provided to certain places only. Buyers will have to bear with the COD charges stated below.

4. Bank in the total amount + postage fees if you choose to post. Items will be delivered after we recieve the payment. For COD, please bank in half of the total amount to prevent last minute backouts.
